FROM THE NORTH: Take Rt. 495 South to Exit 17 (Franklin/Bellingham – Rt. 140) Turn left onto Rt. 140 South and proceed through four (4) traffic lights (including light at end of Exit 17 ramp). At the fifth (5) traffic light turn left onto Beaver Street. Continue through two sets of traffic lights. (At the second traffic light, St. Mary’s Church is on the left and Beaver Street becomes Pleasant Street.) St. John’s Church is approximately ½ to ¾ of a mile on Pleasant Street on the right.
FROM THE SOUTH: Take Rt. 495 North to Exit 17 (Franklin/Bellingham – Rt. 140) Turn right onto Rt. 140 South and proceed through three (3) traffic lights (including light at end of Exit 17 ramp). At the fourth (4) traffic light turn left onto Beaver Street. Continue through two sets of traffic lights. FROM THE EAST: Follow Rt. 140 North into the center of Franklin. At the traffic light (the Rome Restaurant is on the left and H&R Block on the right), go through the light, onto Main Street (one way street). Continue straight on Main Street past Dean College on your right and then the Town Common on your left. (Do not turn left onto Rt. 140 North in front of Bank of America). At the traffic light at the end of the Common turn right onto Pleasant Street (St. Mary’s Church is across the street). St. John’s Church is approximately ½ to ¾ of a mile on Pleasant Street on the right.
FROM THE WEST: Follow Rt. 140 South until you reach the intersection of Rts. 495 and 140. Then follow directions "FROM THE NORTH" (above).
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Take the MBTA Commuter Rail (Franklin line) to the Franklin/Dean train stop. Turn left out of the station parking lot and then right onto Main Street. Follow Main Street through town and past Dean College and the Town Common. At the traffic light at the end of the Common turn right onto Pleasant Street (St. Mary’s Church is across the street). St. John’s Church is approximately ½ to ¾ of a mile on Pleasant Street on the right.
